On the palate, this bottle presents an intense sweetness with a faint tartness. 2020: Platinum Award "Kura Master, junmai category" TYPE: Junmai sake OUR TASTING NOTES: Juicy white peach, mango, elderflower, bubblegum and fresh mint leaves on the nose. This sake has a chewy sweetness with cotton candy, canned peaches and green apple notes. Nutty finish with marzipan and pink pepper notes. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serv
