Produced in Barbados, this is a blended rum aged a minimum of 6 years and finished in Oloroso sherry casks before bottling. This second maturation in sherry casks is rare and gives this rum a healthy helping of chocolate and spice among the more familiar tropical notes. With vanilla, charred banana, and a dark treacle finish, enjoy this liquid neat or in a Dark & Stormy. Bronze Medal, IWSC 2020
