Highgate Cemetery #1

Harry Craddock, author of the 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book, observed of a drink of this nature that "Four taken in quick succession will un-revive the corpse again" and thus the cocktail was named The Corpse Reviver #2. As our distillery and bar is but a stone's throw away from Highgate Cemetery, we named our take on this sharp, gently herbaceous and citrus sweet classic the Highgate Cemetery #1.
