Rosehip Spritz

Back then, it would have been made with white wine, rather than prosecco, but the addition of sparkling wine adds a little more fizz and glamour. Here, we use our fruity, gently bitter English Aperitif, Rosehip Cup, combined with sparkling wine and soda in the devilishly simple 3-2-1 ratio (fizz-Rosehip Cup-soda), for a light,
