Every drop of our small batch ‘Salcombe Limoncello’ begins with hand-peeled lemon peel, macerated in English wheat spirit for a week to draw out a pure, zesty citrus character. We then blend our award-winning Salcombe Gin ‘Start Point’ into this bright lemon spirit, finishing with natural sugar and Dartmoor water for a naturally cloudy, pure citrus profile with depth and refinement, balanced by the coastal precision that defines our spirits. Each bottle is finished with a handwritten label and distilled by Andy in small runs at our waterside distillery. Expect bright lemon oil and fresh zest on the nose, a rounded citrus sweetness on the palate, and a clean finish that remains light and refreshing. It can be poured straight from the fridge and served neat, or over ice for a colder, slower sip. For a longer serve, top with tonic or soda water over plenty of ice and finish with a twist of lemon, or try it in our popular ‘Ciao Bella’ cocktail. Small batch. 50cl, 30% ABV.
