It’s the Big One – a collection of our Core, Silver, Seasonal, and Black Range beers to try and enjoy. With a variety of flavours and styles, it is truly an epic journey of Salopian discovery! From the Core Range and presented in a 500ml bottle: Shropshire Gold 3.8%: Balanced and quaffable. Golden, with notes of toffee and a dried fruit aroma that is followed by a classic, crisp, bitter finish. Oracle 4%: Easy drinking pale. Dry but not overtly bitter, complemented by fresh lime and sherbet aromas, from Citra, Amarillo and Cascade. Darwin’s Origin 4.3%: Rich, spicy and malty. Celebrating Shrewsbury’s most famous son, Darwin’s Origin represents the evolution of brewing. Using ingredients from three continents, its zesty character descends into a long, lavish finish. Hop Twister 4.5%: Bright, citrus and tropical. The palate is piercing and focused, with Mosaic taking centre-stage, supported by Citra whirlpool additions. Lemon Dream 4.5%: Sparkling and refreshing. A zesty pale brewed with fresh, hand-cut, organic lemons and fruity US hops for a subtle citrus zing. Golden Thread 5%: Floral, fruity and balanced. Centennial and Simcoe bring apricot and sorbet notes. Wheat malt imparts a creamy mouthfeel to deliver a subtly sweet finish. From the Seasonal Range and presented in a 500ml bottle: Entire Butt: Entire Butt takes its name from a traditional style of porter brewed in 18th‑century London. Then pubs often blended three beers at the bar – mild, aged, and strong – but brewers simplified this with a single, fully formed beer from one large cask, or butt. Salopian’s Entire Butt revives this heritage with an intricate blend of 14 malts and 4 hops, recreating this forgotten style . Pouring dark mahogany with a creamy tan head, it delivers fruitcake and chocolate aromas, with raisin, coffee, and molasses flavours. A medium body and dry finish complete this quietly complex, historic porter, crafted for today. From the Silver Range and presented in a 440ml can: Auric 4%: An excessively dry hopped session IPA, with a strong grapefruit aroma and a dry body with a quenching array of fruit rind, dried pine, lemon zest sparkling over a long enveloping finish. and from our acclaimed Black Range – presented in a 440ml can: Mynd 5.4%: A wild mash-up of Trolltunga and Lemon Dream with our friends at the magnificent Buxton Brewery. Mynd is a vibrant, fruited sour IPA with intense lemon zest and tangy gooseberries, balanced by a light pale malt and wheat base. Tart and refreshing, with a clean, dry finish—perfectly fruity and dangerously drinkable. Sabotage 5%: A refreshing DDH Pale hopped with Nectaron, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Delightful stone fruit and citrus aromas complement flavours of pineapple and grapefruit. Its gentle bitterness and soft pillowy mouthfeel make this a highly drinkable pale Borderland 5%: An intoxicating Australian IPA, brewed in collaboration with the artisans at Polly’s. A triad of Galaxy, Eclipse, and Vic Secret cross the border to deliver an intense tropical bouquet of ripe pineapple, juicy passionfruit and citrus zest complemented by resinous pine for balance. Altitude 5.2%: Where East meets West. A crisp, juicy Mountain IPA with Simcoe and Strata bringing layers of dank pine and ripe strawberry, while Amarillo and Mosaic add bright notes of orange zest and tropical fruit. Intensely drinkable, a clean bitterness balances the juicy opening. Please note – Auric, Borderland and Altitude, all serve with a hazy appearance as they are unfiltered and unfined. Sabotage and Mynd present as opaque.
