Our first still Chardonnay is rich and layered, showing lemon curd, yellow apple, brown butter, hazelnut, and a touch of smoke from nine months in French oak. The palate is broad and concentrated, with lemon pith, cooked apple, and well-integrated oak leading to a long finish.
