We decided to set ourselves a challenge of creating a great tasting Mexican lager that used hops for the lime taste. Firstly we created the perfect grain bill, lager malt and maize are used to give that subtle sweetness that all Mexican lagers need. In terms of hops one stood out above all, Motueka.
