Language of Flowers Gin

Our Language of Flowers Gin features White Chrysanthemum, Southern Wormwood, Mountain Ash, and Ox-eye Daisy, which respectively denote Verity, Constance, Prudence, and Patience—the names of our four gleaming copper pot stills. Beginning with a base of classic London Dry Gin, we gently vapour-infused the blooms in a botanicals basket in lieu of macerating them—a technique which preserves their delicate, floral character. Our Language of Flowers Gin does beautifully in a violet-flavoured (and -hued) Aviation, or simply top with tonic for a delicately floral G&T.
