With the cherry blossom trees subsiding into beautiful copper lanterns at the turn of autumn, we look to Japan, also known as the Land of The Rising Sun, as our inspiration for this interestingly umami gin. Wishing to steer away from the intensely overpowering Japanese flavours such as teriyaki and wasabi, this gin uses more delicate Japanese botanicals.
