Cornish Knocker was Skinner’s first ale. It’s a golden ale brewed with Cornish water; whole-flower Celeia, Northdown and Aurora hops; Cornish malted barley and wheat; and Skinner’s unique yeast. The taste of the delicate floral hops trails citrus with a slight pine bitterness and leaves you with a mild biscuit taste. 440ml ABV 4.5%
