Bullion Chocolate is a company in Sheffield lead by a friend of ours, Max Scotford. Bullion’s meticulous approach to making chocolate from first principles chimes instinctively with our own for making whisky, a true ‘field to bottle’ distillery and a true ‘bean to bar’ chocolatier.
