Brewed to celebrate Tap's fifth-annual Change is Brewing indie beer festival, this classic West Coast IPA is the first beer in which we've ever employed dip hopping... and we are so very pleased with how it turned out. Classic hops combo of Citra, Cascade, and Cenntennial, plus a five-grain malt bill that includes Cara and Crystal -- so many Cs. 440ml. 6% ABV.
