Traditional Oude Lambic made in Surrey. Aged for 2 years in a 600L Cognac barrel brewed and matured with authentic methods passed down from the masters. In the glass expect : intense Juiciness with mouth watering tart and acidic complexity. Supported by flavours of stone fruit, apricot, peach and ripe apples.
