The First of two collaborations with All Day Brewing. Having lent them some oak casks to mature their Cyder, we then retrieved the casks to mature our single malt in, and the result has been great. The cyder has imparted lots of apples, and the casks give us the vanilla notes. Super small batch single malt whisky, and well worth trying. The single cask bottlings are wonderful stories in their own right; each has a history going back years, and the spirit was hand-distilled by the current team or
