We love Damsons, the lovely dark blue fruit are similar to plums and have a slightly more sour taste than Blackberries. Steeped in our whisky for several months along with a touch of sugar and the end result is a fabulous liqueur. Try it on it's own over ice, or lengthen it with sparkling water, or pour a measure into a flute and top it with champagne for a banging berry bellini. The nose Wonderful notes of plum, flowers and hedgerow berries. The palate Silky smooth with notes of slightly acidic
