Sparkling Pet Nat Medium Dry Fine Cider This is a simply made cider from Major, an apple that ranks amongst the highest of all the varieties (forgive the pun). Even better, the fruit was grown by the Johnsons on Broome Farm of Ross-on-Wye cider fame from their carefully managed, unsprayed orchards.
