Medium Dry Sparkling Fine Cider 2023 marks quite a departure from previous years given the nature of the vintage - a cool and wet year which gave light tannins and low sugar levels. Ditcheat Hill is an orchard of exceptional terroir, overlooking the wide Brue valley.
