Still Dry Fine Cider Fieldwork is a pure bittersweet cider, fully fermented to dry. This style of cider was traditionally drunk throughout the day on Somerset farms. It is a blend of two tanks and one oak cask. The fruit is taken from across all of the orchards that Wilding harvest from through the season.
