Sparkling Dry Fine Cider This bottle is another experiment with Yarlington Mill. The fruit was grown and harvested from North Downs Orchard in Somerset. Originating in Somerset, this variety has become the epitome of West Country cider apples - a riotous explosion of pure phenolic joy! Beginning with a spontaneous fermentation in steel it was later moved to a series of different barrels to age on fine lees. The selection for this cider was made exclusively from 2nd and 3rd use ex-cognac barrels
