Still Sweet Fine Perry view tech sheet This is a unique and rare thing: an unapologetically high ABV, single variety perry from a single orchard. The exceptional year of 2022 gave a lot of high sugar fruit but especially so the Moorcroft from Burlands. As the only variety of perry pear in that orchard we were keen to let the fruit speak for itself. The high sugar has given a sweet perry with high ABV. Very weighty and bold. Aromas of Honeydew Melon, lychee, butter bun, pear drops and sultanas. O
