Description Read the Winemaker's Notes → Westwell Blanc de Blancs 2013 has been produced using traditional bottle fermentation with Chardonnay grapes handpicked from our vineyard. The wine was bottled in the summer of 2014 and disgorged with zero dosage in November 2023. This extended lees ageing has added complexity and depth resulting in a wine with bright, elegant, crisp vanilla pastry and the classic saline minerality of our top vineyard blocks. Limited to 500 bottles. ABV: 12.0% Bottle Size
