Description Westwell Blanc de Blancs 2013 has been produced using traditional bottle fermentation with Chardonnay grapes hand picked from our vineyard. The wine was bottled in the summer of 2014 and disgorged in June 2021. This extended lees ageing has added complexity and depth resulting in a wine with bright, elegant citrus, crisp vanilla pastry and the classic saline minerality of our top vineyard blocks.
