
Description Read the Winemaker's Notes → Grapes: Pinot Meunier Harvest: October 2019, 2020 and 2021. Picked at an average of 19.5 Brix & 11 TA Winemaking: Each year 400kg of fruit were whole bunch pressed and allowed to ferment spontaneously. In 2021 the fermenting juice was added to the existing base wine and bottled when the correct sugar level was reached. No additions were made at any point during the process.
