Named after two of our favourite cows at the Thornbridge Smallholding, this is a classic Saison. It pours pale gold with a lively white head and a light haze. The aroma is bright with notes of cracked pepper, clove and spice with dashes of lemon. It’s dry and refreshing with a sparkling carbonation which lifts the body, leading to a snappy, crisp finish.
