Real cask beer. We condition our beers in full-size casks at the brewery, before filling each mini cask to the brim, for that extra depth of flavour. Fresh for 2 months before opening, and 7 days after opening. Keep the mini cask in a cool place and remember to close the vent after each pour. No kit needed
