Our 17 Years Old Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask Finish was distilled in 2005 and matured initially in American ex-bourbon oak casks before being finished in the finest Pedro Ximénez Sherry butts from Fernando de Castilla in Andalucía, Spain.These sherry butts perfectly complement Tomintoul Single Malt by imparting rich fruit flavours, which enhance the character and complexity of our whisky.
