
This chocolate bar is made from cocoa beans grown on the foothills of the Rwenzori mountains in Uganda. By Nicola, a fantastic chocolatier near to the distillery. Nicola soaks the cacao beans in a blend of Two Drifters rums. The result is a boozy, fruity and mildly spiced dark chocolate which showcases the cacao and the rum equally.
