Goldings Pilsner is the latest in our series celebrating 'British Pilsner' and uses only the traditional East Kent Goldings Hop variety. Inspired by the German Pilsner style we used a double decoction mash with a long cold fermentation and then dry hopped with heaps of the wonderful EKG to develop a cornucopia of spicey, fruity loveliness.
