
A culmination of 5 bespoke malts and an extended boil, and originally brewed in autumn 2021, our traditional porter has spent 25-months in the depths of our barrel store in a variety of barrels. Initial aromas of cherry and smoke lead into deep and dull bodied porter, with notes of toffee, vanilla and plums in abundance. The Pinot Barrels providing a fruit-rich base upon which the single mal barrels can blend effortlessly with the saline character of the whisky.
