
Light salmon pink colour. This sparkling rosé has been matured on the lees for 9 months, then bottled using the Charmat method. Cherries on the nose, crisp and dry with citrous zest, strawberries and pomegranate with a creamy persistent finish. Made from our estate Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grapes. Brut. Charmat Method.
