Grape varieties: Pinot Noir PRÉCOCE Tasting notes Style: Light Colour: Ruby Nose: Vanilla, Red Fruits and very light Oak Palette: Bold flavours of blackberry, blueberry and clove with hints of Smokey Vanilla and well balanced Tannins Wine making The grapes were hand harvested in September 2023 and the juice fermented in stainless Steel vats before the aging in oak barrels .
