Taking the very best barrels from our library and blending beer aged between 1 and 3 years in the barrel for a truly Gueuze-inspired beer.We have blended together carefully selected sour beers from our barrel library, and used all of our experiences from the last five years to create the 2017 vintage.We put a 10 year best before date on our bottles as the wild yeasts will continue to age this blend adding complexity and depth.
