The Blend is an expression of what we do and why we do it. The Blend - Winter 2015 is a limited release, special edition of our progressive and developing sour beer blending series. With 3 year old barrels, we now have a wealth of sour blending potential allowing us to marry together incredible complimentary elements for a huge depth of flavour. This is a study in blending. Based around our flagship beer, Modus Operandi, which we've blended with other barrel-aged beers from our 'barrel library'
