This Classic West Coast IPA pays homage to the style which kicked off the American Craft Beer Revolution. We used Maris Otter & Extra Pale Malt, bulked out with a little Crystal & Vienna to add colour and body. Lashings of US hops - Chinook, Columbus, Cascade & Centennial - bring bold pine, resin and citrus notes.
