This Reposado Agave Spirit is distilled from organic agave syrup and rested for two years in fresh oak. The long time in cask gives it a deeper character than a typical reposado, picking up warm vanilla, soft spice and gentle caramel while keeping the clean agave core intact. On the palate it’s smooth, rounded and easy to drink. The oak brings structure without overpowering the vegetal sweetness of the agave. It works well neat, over ice or in any Tequila-style cocktail where you want more depth
