This co-ferment is a playful twist on tradition and part of our Fusion range. Here we have taken a 100% juice, wild fermented cider and added grape juice at bottling for a natural fizz. The fruits mingle harmoniously creating flavours of crisp green apple, red grapefruit and blood orange. Unexpectedly delish, refreshing and unique.
