The 2024 edition of our Pulp Friction, a twist on the classic farm workers drink. Low alcohol (3%) but still seriously fun. Apple pulp rehydrated and left to ferment naturally. Pressed into tank to mature for seven months. Honey added at bottling to create a natural fizz. Small batch of 70 bottles. Light, fun and smashable. A laborious experiment creating something different and exhilarating. Bound to cause friction with purists.
