A rich and characterful 8-year-old whisky that uses an imported sherry cask-finished rye whisky (91% rye mash) as its foundation. This has then been finished in Cornwall for 12 months in an ex-Tennessee Whisky cask (we’ll let you guess whose!). Non-chill filtered for your enjoyment.
