In loving memory of Chris. Chris Spakouskas 20.08.1953 – 04.04.2025. Very sadly and unexpectedly we lost Chris in 2025. As our Co-founder and owner we thought it was a fitting tribute to launch a wine in Chris’s memory. This vintage sparking white wine, made from 100% Seyval Blanc grapes, harvested during our 2021 harvest, matured in tank for 9 months before being bottled and fermented traditional method. It has then been aged on the lees for 44 months before being disgorged March 2026. Please raise a glass of this special vintage wine and remember the good times. Love from us all at Yorkshire Heart.
