This a modern blend of Pinot Noir (80%), Gamay and Rondo grapes. Producing a bright, soft wine with low tannings, astringency. It is full of strawberry, cherry and plum flavours. Best served slightly chilled 11- 15°C. It pairs very well with grilled meat and cheese.
