The Solaris grape juice was left in a tank to fement on its own natural yeast, no additives have been added. The resulting wine produces flavours of pink grapefruit, apples, lime and melons with crisp, intense flavours. Serve chilled 7-13°C. Pairs well with cheeses, light meat dishes, vegetarian and vegan foods.
