Apple County Cider is a traditional Welsh cider producer based in Newcastle, Monmouthshire, pressing locally grown apples into small-batch, naturally fermented real cider. Using heritage cider apple varieties from orchards in the Welsh Marches, the cidery produces dry, medium and fruit ciders with a genuine sense of the border country terroir, available at local markets, farm shops and online.
