Founded in 2015 by ex-naval officer Tom Dunn and archaeologist Angus Sales, Beard & Sabre set out to revolutionise cider by applying craft beer's innovation to traditional pressing. Using only fresh apple varieties from their own Shepton Mallet orchard combined with British hops, their ciders — fermented with natural yeasts — offer a genuinely unique flavour profile that bridges cider-making tradition with brewing ambition.
