Bollhayes Cider was established in 1988 by Alex Hill in the Blackdown Hills, Devon, producing pure juice cider from the estate's own orchards and neighbouring farms using the methode traditionnelle of bottle fermentation. Under new ownership by Steve and Zoei Dixon, the cidery continues its tradition of exceptional still and sparkling ciders, combining time-honoured methods with a fresh commitment to sustainability and local sourcing.
