Ben Nevis Distillery sits at the foot of its eponymous mountain in Fort William, founded in 1825 and now owned by Japan's Nikka Whisky Distilling Co. Drawing water from the Allt a'Mhuilinn high on Ben Nevis, the distillery produces a characterful Highland single malt known for intensity, chocolate notes and a long finish, alongside the Dew of Ben Nevis blend.
