Cardhu Distillery, founded in 1824 in the Knockando area of Speyside and now owned by Diageo, is the ancestral home of Johnnie Walker blended Scotch whisky. Producing a smooth, light and honeyed single malt that is one of the world's best-selling Speyside expressions, Cardhu's visitor centre welcomes thousands of visitors each year for tours and tastings.
