About

Crossbill Distillery is a small Highland gin distillery at Kincraig in the Cairngorms National Park, founded by Jon and Emma Hillgren in 2014. The flagship Crossbill Highland Dry Gin is unusual in using only two botanicals — juniper and rosehip — both foraged from the surrounding Cairngorm estate, producing a remarkably pure, terroir-driven gin that has won multiple international awards and is available in limited quantities.
