Daftmill Distillery is a true farm distillery on Daftmill Farm in the Howe of Fife, founded by brothers Francis and Ian Cuthbert in 2005 — Fife's first new distillery in over 100 years. Distilling only twice a year using estate-grown barley and water from the farm's own artesian spring, and releasing only after at least 12 years' maturation, Daftmill is one of Scotland's most revered and sought-after Lowland single malts; its first release in 2018 sold out almost instantly.
