Edradour Distillery in Pitlochry, Perthshire, is Scotland's smallest and most traditionally-run distillery, producing just twelve casks of single malt per week using a tiny three-still setup that hasn't changed since 1825. Now owned by Signatory Vintage, Edradour produces a characterful, creamy, sherry-cask-influenced Highland malt and a wide range of wood-finished expressions, and is a popular visitor destination with one of the most charming distillery settings in Scotland.
